Jill Luckett

Jill was not born a salesperson...Her undergraduate degree is in special education. Since she graduated from NIU, she had been teaching at McClure Jr. High in Western Springs when she found out she was pregnant with her first daughter. Jill had even found time before she was born to go to complete her master's degree in mathematics as well. During her free time of being a stay at home mom Jill and her husband began to learn about investing in real estate and had a goal to buy their first property.

Jill began looking working with a Coldwell Banker agent but kept finding all the "good" deals were being swept up fast either by the agents themselves or sold before actually processing. This is when she decided to get her license in 2001 and they bought a couple of investments since then.

She could not imagine not working in real estate now and Jill loves helping others... She sees herself as an educator in the processing of buying and selling homes. People do not need you to convince them to buy or sell...they know they want to...they just need Jill to be the expert about the market, the process, and help them create this part of their future. And she appreciates their trust!
