One of the best property manager's in central/north central Florida. Nearly 100% rent collection success, tenant screening is superior, rarely any vacancies. When they do occur, new tenants are usually secured within two weeks. Jill takes ownership of any and all problems with the tenants leaving property owner's free of management-tenant issues. I would give the highest recommendation to any property owner's who are seeking reliable, trustworthy and tenant management services.
