As a lifelong resident of Chicago's North Shore, Jill was raised in Wilmette, graduating New Trier High School. She later moved to Highland Park, and then to Lake Forest in 1987, where she currently lives with her husband of 37 years. Their adult children went through the public school system in Lake Forest and are now working in their professional careers in Chicago. Jill became a grandma (Grammy!) to her first grandchild in 2020, which was a bright spot during a pandemic year, and when she's not working or helping with Grandson, Max, you may see her out walking with her GoldenDoodle, Sir Gordon (AKA Gordy!). On a side note, her husband, Marshall, is the owner of Marshall's 584 Personal Strength Training Studio in Lake Forest.
You want a realtor who makes your goals her top priority. Jill has an easy manner, and professional rapport with her realtor associates across a wide network of offices and companies, and she will use that network to bring buyers and sellers together for a winning outcome.
For Buyers: Whether you are moving from out of state or just across town, Jill will make you feel right at home. As a north shore resident all of her life, Jill is uniquely equipped to introduce you to the different flavors of each town, including the schools, parks, transportation, and beaches. She will give you an overview so you can discover which place suits your lifestyle best. If you have already set your heart on a particular suburb, let Jill introduce you to the neighborhoods, and show you the variety of available homes that meet your criteria.
For Sellers: One of the key ingredients for a successful sale is to work with a realtor who has a contagious enthusiasm for your house, truly 'gets' why you chose the home in the first place, and can share what you loved about living there. With Jill's expertise in the local market coupled with her ability to bring people and properties together for a winning outcome, she will use price positioning strategies, and highlight your home's most popular features to optimize its value and get it sold.
Whether buying or selling, Jill is your dedicated advocate with a proven track record, as evidenced by her many client testimonials. Her goal is to minimize the stress of your move, and help you make a smooth transition into your new home and community.
