Jill Richardson

Born and raised in Sonoma County, Jill realized her love for community and real estate early in her career. She earned her BA degree in Sociology from California State University, Chico as well as her Human Resources Management Certificate from Sonoma State University. After working in hospitality and human resources for several years, Jill found she could leverage this experience and skill set as a real estate agent.
Jill understands the excitement of home buying and that the road to finding the perfect home is a special one. She can utilize her hospitality background by establishing and building relationships with buyers and sellers. Jill is dedicated to working with her clients through every step of the way and acts as an advocate for them when locating and negotiating properties. Her level of detail and organization allow for a clear path of communication through the entire home buying and selling process.
In her downtime, you can find Jill on a baseball or soccer field watching her kids play sports. She appreciates any time she can spend with her family and friends especially when it involves being outdoors in places like Lake Tahoe.
