About Jill
Jill Silverstein, an entrepreneur born in Detroit, moved to Chicago after completing her studies at Michigan State University. She immediately fell in love with the city’s hustle and energy. Planting her roots and starting her business, she had no doubt Chicago was her forever home.
Jill's career began with the focal point of what it maintains to this day: SELLING. From chicken wings at Buffalo Wild Wings to copy machines, radio ad space, and everything in between, she finally found her “soulmate” in selling real estate.
Professionally, Jill offers a masterful, but friendly approach to real estate. Known for her transparency, reachability, and a wildly driven work ethic, she establishes strong, long-lasting relationships with her clients. Her meticulous attention-to-detail complements her profound understanding of design and construction, providing a competitive edge to those she represents. Jill takes pride in her role as a fierce negotiator, constantly breaking records around the city. Her ethical, methodical, and tireless approach has been the cornerstone of her decade-long business, centered around repeat clients and referrals.
Jill has cultivated a highly productive, reputable team that consistently ranks in the top 1% of all realtors in the Chicago market. The team uniformly encompasses The JSG four principles: Kindness, Energy, Passion and Speed. Jill personally ranks in the top 5 female agents in Chicago, with team volume exceeding $465M since 2016.
Beyond her career, Jill is actively involved in philanthropy. Jill serves on the advisory board for numerous charities, including Salt & Light Coalition, which empowers female survivors of sex trafficking and domestic abuse to thrive; and Laughter is the Cure, her brother’s nonprofit, which uses comedy to raise funds for hospitalized children. Additionally, she serves and volunteers regularly for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, providing one-to-one mentoring and friendship.
She adores traveling the world, exploring The Second City’s culinary excellence, and staying healthy with boxing, pilates or yoga. She is an avid fashion fan, especially vintage finds. This also includes home design as she has successfully completed several “flip” renovation projects with her husband, Michael. And most importantly, she loves cheering on her Detroit Lions.
