Jill is a passionate agent and specialist of the Jersey Shore. Whether clients are shopping for a vacation home, relocating closer to the beach, or interested in an investment property or land to build, she will find the location and property that meets their needs. Each area/neighborhood of Monmouth and Ocean Counties is unique and has specific features and value.

She has extensive experience with and enjoys helping physically challenged and elderly buyers find homes appropriate for their lifestyle and comfort. She is compassionate and thoughtful of diverse life circumstances and necessary accommodations.

As a Seller's or Buyer's agent, Jill has assisted many with relocation. She has great knowledge of the majority of NJ and works to educate those from out of state so they may buy with confidence. She keeps up to date with school ratings, "best places to live," hospital ratings, restaurants, and great places to shop!

Couples in divorce situations call on Jill to sell their houses and find separate homes. She maintains unbiased relationships with each seller and works hard to get their house sold at a premium price so each party may profit and move on. If short sales end up being the option, she takes on all of the correspondence and communication with the banks involved, in order to relieve the sellers of additional stress during the short sale process.

Jill is concerned with the comfort and well-being of every client. She looks out for their best interests in regards to family and lifestyle needs as well as investment value on both the buying and selling ends of a transaction.

She has been a Sales Associate for many years and was voted "Rookie of the Year" after her first year in Real Estate. In 2020, she achieved the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Award.
