02/08/2017 - perryfreda111 Extremely Happy with my new home. I was searching for homes in N.C area and had reached out to 3 realtors. Jill Strickland was the only one that responded back, her availability was perfect with my short trip to N.C. Jill was very professional and extended her time to help me with questions. Jill also provided me with valuable resources, knowledge and responded back to text messages and emails. When I had questions she had answers. Lovely personality and very friendly. A true People Person. When I had my walk through with Jill and builder, I was speechless my home had been designed especially for me, everything and much more than I could of asked for. Jill Strickland made finding and buying our first home a pleasant and comfortable experience. She is very diligent, responsive, and pro-active. Jill was there every step of the way and took all of the guess work out of the process. She was able to make solid recommendations regarding other professionals involved in the process such as a home inspector and closing attorney. She worked closely and stayed in constant communication with the mortgage broker we had selected despite not having worked with that individual previously. Working as our exclusive buyer’s agent, she also stayed in close contact with the seller’s agent and was able to settle all issues amicably and to everyone’s satisfaction. Jill attended every event at the property including all inspections and the bank appraisal. She is pleasant, professional, and forward when necessary (e.g. when the seller or seller's agent is unresponsive regarding terms of the sale). She is also very familiar with the real estate in her region. She showed us several houses we had located on various sites, but ultimately we ended up buying a home that she thought might interest us which we had not seen on any of the real estate sites. We could not have asked for a better home buying experience. If you want a dedicated professional with the experience and tenacity to see things through from your initial search to signing the final paperwork, I would highly recommend Jill Strickland! eshold
