About Jim

After making computer chips for 25 years, my wife and I moved to the Big Island of Hawaii to start a new life. We have been living on the islands since 2001 and have had our own business since 2004. My business philosophy is to provide our clients with all the information available in order for them to make a wise real estate decisions and give all of our clients the best and most responsive service available.

It’s easy to sell something you believe in and believing in Hawaii, where we live, is easy. Since moving here, I fell in love with outrigger canoe paddling and my wife plays Softball all year long. In the winter, when the surf is up, I’ll be out there catching waves in a 4 or 6-man canoe.

In 2019, we sold our brokerage of almost 100 properties, both vacation rental and long-term rental properties. Our philosophy was always to treat those properties as if they were our own. They are a valuable investment for our clients and must be taken care of to keep that value up. It's now time for me to focus on what I enjoy the most in Real Estate and that is helping Sellers and Buyers with their property sales and purchases.

In my previous life, I had a goal always to be the type of manager I wanted to work for. In this new life in Hawaii, I strive to be the type of Realtor I would want working for me.
