When looking for a home, the biggest purchase most of us will make, it is important that I feel comfortable & relaxed. Jim Allen with his experience and knowledge of the housing market, made this process go smoothly. Jim also had a lot of experience when it came to helping us buy in the Brentwood area and choosing a house which the value will sustain the ups and downs of the housing market. We also wanted to be close to stores and restaurants and wanted to be in a school zone that best fit our children. Jim was able to accomplish our list of needs. Jim Allen is also is very experienced on the closing side of the business and made me feel at ease with the pressures of signing the mortgage paperwork.
