Jim Buczynski "JimB." has been a leader in real estate sales since the beginning of his career as a Realtor in 2004. He and his partners opened a boutique brokerage in 2006 (Real Living Helios Realty) where he served as a Sales Manager and Director. His residential sales career has exceeded $375 million which has consistently earned him recognition the Chicago Association of Realtors as a "Top Producer" (2007-2023). His vast knowledge of Chicago's neighborhoods and nearby suburbs ("UrbanBurbs"), along with his experience with home design and, have made him a highly sought-after Realtor by both buyers and sellers. JimB. is currently a managing broker as well as the team lead for his group, “JimB. & Partners.”
JimB.'s previous work experience was in advertising and two of Chicago's top agencies. This honed his skills and taught him how to provide the best service to his clients. The business also gave him design, strategic positioning, and competitive analysis skills that are frequently put to work his real estate career—setting JimB. aside from other real estate professionals.
JimB. is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and holds a degree with a minor in Journalism. He relishes spending time with his family and in his (sparse) free time, he enjoys playing hockey and really bad golf, as well as making all-grain beer on his self-built, basement brewery.
