Jim has over 40 years of experience in real estate, new home construction and appraising and is a Multimillion Dollar Producer/Lifetime Top Producer! Jim is a graduate of the National Institute of Real Estate and holds several real estate certifications including VIP/E-Pro/Business Broker.

Jim is a Court Certified Expert Witness in Fairfax, Prince William and Arlington Counties and has in the past been a Quadel Hud Housing Management Specialist. He is listed in Who’s Who of Real Estate Agents!

Jim’s office has previously been the Century 21 International Military Relocation Training Instructors. Jim has also been a Certified Tax Preparer for both with H&R Block and Jackson Hewett. He has been syndicating Real Estate Tax shelters and has been involved in Condo Conversions since the 1970s and has sold in over eighty different Condo projects in Northern Virginia. He has participated in numerous Equity Sharing Purchase contracts and has extensive experience in Foreclosure Property Acquisition, Flips, Renovation and Construction.

Jim was the featured actor in “Renting is Selling” a full-length training video produced by the National Association of Home Builders. He is licensed in VA/DC/MD.
