Jim received his first real estate license and started helping families find their new home in 1979. He considers it an honor and privilege to serve every family, individual or corporation to meet their real estate needs. His education includes a bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Oregon and a Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of San Francisco and over 30 years of "real world" education and experience. Jim has worked on Multi-Million Dollar transactions and transactions of less than $50,000. EVERY transaction is important to the purchaser and seller of that property, and he considers EVERY transaction with the same care and concern, no matter the dollar value.
