Jim McGowan

Jim McGowan, GRI, SFR, E-Pro, has been licensed as a salesman since 1978 and as a Broker/Salesman since 1983 with The Danberry Co.. Born into the building business, his experience in real estate is vast and wide ranging. He has sold thousands of properties, specializing in the Sylvania, Ottawa Hills, Perrysburg, Holland and Maumee areas, with an even more refined specialty of providing first class service and extensive knowledge in the sale and purchasing process.

He is also the president of McGowan Properties which has developed some of northwest Ohio’s finest neighborhoods, all done in an effort to provide his customers with access to properties that wouldn’t exist without his vision and involvement.
