Partnering with Paul Farry and Doug Shaw in 1999, Jim’s successful team of Industrial Specialists has collectively been involved in over 2,700 lease and sales transactions totaling more than 27 million square feet of property, with a total consideration of nearly $1.2 billion, and has sold over 500 acres of land throughout Ventura County.
