A graduate of Illinois State University, Jim began his career in 2002 with one of the Midwest’s largest homebuilders, quickly rising to the role of construction project manager. His responsibilities included overseeing all phases of home construction, floor plan evaluations, permitting, and union contract negotiations. This foundation paved the way for his transition into marketing and sales, where he was selected for future upper management.
Since joining @properties in 2010, Jim has built a rewarding career and was named one of the top 100 brokers at the firm starting in 2013. His approach is rooted in honesty, expertise, and a genuine dedication to helping clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions.
