Jim is a bonafide professional who embodies customer obsession! The Seattle real estate market has been moving fast for awhile now, and I was glad to have Jim's deep expertise and knowledge of the local real estate market and what to look for a house in general.

He has always been very responsive and never hesitates to answer what might be the most pedantic of questions (during my search, during closing, and post-close). He provides an objective view of the houses he shows (the good, the bad, and the ugly) while empowering you the buyer to make the final decision!

I will definitely be using Jim and his team for any future, local real estate transactions and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house in the Seattle metro area.

This is the second home I have purchased with Jim after he helped us look for over 5 years. We had very specific criteria in a property and Jim was relentless in his pursuit of our dream home. I cannot speak highly enough about Jim and his team. He helped my family move from NC to Washington, after my wife got out of the Marines and took a job in Seattle.

In a market where every second counts and most folks make closer to 10 offers than 1 before winning, and folks look at a VA loan like it’s a plague, Jim fought for us. We won our first offer!

And then two years later, when I retired from the Corps and we decided to stick around Wa for a while, he helped us sell our home and find another. First offer was a winning offer, again!

He’s the only agent I will ever use. Hope he’s flexible because I’m stuffing him in a trunk when we leave and taking him with us!

If you are in Wa, and need a home, and want an agent that will fight and win for you, you have to call Jim!

If you’re in Wa, and want to sell your home, and want an agent that will generate the sort of interest in your listing that makes both the buyer and you feel like you’ve hit the lottery, you have to call Jim.

Regardless of if you’re new to real estate or a seasoned vet, especially if you’re an actual Veteran… you HAVE to call Jim!
