Jim has two adorable granddaughters, Claire and Maggie, and a grandson Gage, who call him Jimpa. He is a member of First Baptist Church of Leesburg and enjoys being involved in the community.

Jim worked as a commercial landscape and irrigation contractor for 19 years before getting into real estate. He has been in the business for 13 years and has loved every minute of it. His hard work and determination are evident through the awards he has received in his time with ERA Grizzard Real Estate. In 2009, he won Rookie of the Year followed by the Good Neighbor Award in 2011 and 2013. He has been a multimillion-dollar producer since 2011 and was the winner of the national ERA Momentum Award for 2015. He is a Top 10 ERA Grizzard Real Estate agent and a Top 50 agent in the Multiple Listing Service.
