I started investing in Real Estate in 1996. I have bought, sold, rented, rehabbed and flipped homes, condos and multi-family homes. I've purchased market homes and distressed properties from Realtors, FSBOs, investors, wholesalers and banks. I have used standard loans, FHA, VA, owner financing and even hard money loans.

Once you've selected me as your Real Estate consultant, I take the time to understand every goal you have. Then, I start working as I am you. I have a lot of experience from my 20+ years of investing in Real Estate and I can immediately start putting all that knowledge to work for you.

Before becoming a full time Real Estate Agent, I was an Aerospace Engineer. So I can promise you, I have very high standards and strong attention to detail. I also have very good technical skills and put them to work for my clients. I will explain this in more detail when I meet with you.

As a special touch, all of my clients will have a complimentary interior design consultation with Amber Homes and Design. For sellers, this can be used for staging. For buyers, this will help you see the inside of a home with upgrades or give you guidance for remodeling after closing.
