I, Thadette Nelson received a letter and brochure from Jim over six months ago. When I decided to retain a listing agent oh, I chose him. I was very impressed with a materials the amount of care that he took the outline many areas of which I was unaware. I appreciate it at the time unconcerned that he took explain things that lie to me, as I currently have a hearing impediment. Whenever I called set the time to speak to me or if I left a message he got back to me promptly. Having been a sales representative in another venue several decades ago, I tend to evaluate the professionalism and knowledgeability of sales professionals. Just based upon the brochure and a short conversation, I knew that I was putting my home sale in the right hands.
