“Change is inevitable, but growth is optional” is more than just a saying, this phrase has been a catalyst for Jim Spagnolo’s success in both his career and home life.

Since starting as a REALTOR® in 1993, Jim gained a wealth of hands-on knowledge that has since played an integral role in his career. So much so, that it only seemed natural for him to transition into a leadership role as the Director of Operations for Camp Hill and then Harrisburg, before finding his way to the Hershey office.

Over the years, Jim has served on numerous boards and associations, and still regularly teaches various real estate courses. By utilizing and teaching the tools and services available to agents, he is better equipped to help them find success in the field.

Jim’s larger-than-life personality infuses positive energy everywhere he goes. His agents will tell you that while he is dedicated to helping them reach their business goals, he also makes it a priority to help them achieve their personal goals for a positive work-life balance.
