Jim has been a licensed Realtor since 2008. Before that he was a mortgage lender for 8 years. He has extensive knowledge of the Pasco county market and has helped dozens of clients find their ideal home. He moved to Florida in 2004 from Columbus, OH with his wife Lori and kids, Ryan and Sydney. He is very active in the community and Trinity YMCA. He attended Lebanon Valley College and graduated in 1989. He enjoys playing piano, singing and golf. He is very active with the local community theatre Richey Suncoast Theatre and with JW Mitchell HS theatre program. You might see him in a show any given weekend.
