A graduate of NH Technical Institute in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Jim began his career by founding Gap Mountain Drilling, a full-service water well and systems company, before later launching Weidner Services, a precision welding, fabrication, and machine shop.
That background gives Jim an engineer’s eye for property. He looks beyond surface appeal to evaluate the systems, structure, and details that can have a major impact on long-term value. Jim is deeply rooted in the Monadnock region and committed to the community he serves. He has restored historic ironwork at the Cathedral of the Pines, served on its Board of Trustees, and remained active in local organizations including the Dublin Engine Show Committee and 4-H.
