Jim Weingart

He was raised in Shaker Heights and lived in Chagrin Falls, OH, for many years. He is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a member of the Mace and Iron Cross Honor Society there. He rowed the varsity crew for UW, was president of his senior class, and he maintained many strong friendships with former classmates. He operated a successful Food Brokerage business in Cleveland for many years while spending much time in LBK enjoying the beautiful weather, the beach, and the strong tennis competition. He has a son living in Chagrin Falls and a daughter in Aspen, and five wonderful grandchildren who share his love of this beautiful area. He has a lifelong interest in real estate and has invested in and bought and sold properties since college.
