Jimmy Andrade’s successful career as a Realtor for the past 10+ years is a result of his enthusiasm and love for Real Estate. He is licensed in both RI and MA and is a member of the Greater Providence Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
He continues to keep a pulse on the real estate world by regularly taking various educational courses, which enables him to better assist his clients. Jimmy possesses extensive knowledge of the market, compelling negotiating skills, and the capacity for securing deals. Jimmy also has comprehensive knowledge and experience with new construction. He has hands-on experience with rehabbing and building numerous single-family and multi-family properties. He has been a general contractor, overseeing home construction from the ground up for over 8 years. This experience gives him a full understanding of both the paperwork and actual construction sides of home building.
He knows the hurdles homeowners and builders face as they embark on a home construction project and in turn what it takes to bring it to completion, therefore can make each project a more pleasurable experience. When he’s not selling real estate, Jimmy loves spending time with his amazing family; his wife Sue, and his two beautiful children, Lyla and Drew. He also enjoys sports, multiple rounds of golf, and spending time by the water.
