Part of The Agency La Jolla and a member of The Savory Group, Jimmy Kerr is an experienced agent and development strategist who focuses on urban infill redevelopment and ground-up opportunities. From site selection and entitlements to financing and construction management, Jimmy has the experience and knowledge to guide his clients through every stage of the development process.
A San Diego native, Jimmy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an Environmental emphasis from the University of Southern California and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
Jimmy’s many years of development experience serve a range of clientele, from investors to those looking to build, buy, or sell a home. Described by clients, friends, and family as a genuine “people person,” Jimmy’s enthusiasm and energy is contagious and inspiring. He is an accredited LEED AP for Sustainable Building Design and Construction (BD+C). He also has more than 15 years of experience as an Estimator, Design, Pre-Construction and Project Manager as a general contractor with Highland PM.
While Jimmy has several passions outside of real estate, some of his favorites include a good game of bogey golf, chasing sunsets, tending to his garden and treasure hunting.
