JJ Kovach

JJ was born and raised in South King County, giving him an in-depth knowledge of the area, communities, and school systems. As a natural entrepreneur, JJ started his own business at an early age and focused his education on business management. While attending college, his drive and business skills led him to invest in real estate by purchasing three of his own homes, including two investment properties. He found his true passion was touring homes and learning about the home-buying process.

JJ’s ability to understand his client’s individual needs makes for an efficient and enjoyable experience. With his extensive knowledge of residential construction and investment real estate, he can see things buyers often ignore. In the past 12 years JJ has practiced residential real estate and has developed an exceptional negotiating approach that consistently proves to be effective in making his client’s dreams a reality. Representing buyers and sellers throughout Western Washington has become his specialty.

In his free time, JJ enjoys collecting cars and cruising with fellow car enthusiasts. He loves spending time at the lake and riding four-wheelers at the dunes. His biggest joy comes from spending time with his friends and family.
