Jo Ann Royer

A licensed real estate professional since 1979, Jo Ann Hicks Royer has deep bench knowledge and experience in all facets of real estate including relocation, urban living, sales management, and residential development. Jo Ann is a client-based agent, who works closely to address their needs and desires in finding a home. Her calm and generous demeanor sets homebuyers and sellers at ease.

Jo Ann’s tenure in the industry allows her to be a resource for mobility professionals around the world. She has traveled extensively throughout the United States working with corporations moving their employees and families into the Fort Worth-Dallas metroplex.

Jo Ann’s depth of knowledge is underscored by her numerous designations: Associate Broker, Certified Relocation Professional, Global Mobility Specialist, and Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. She is an active member of the Fort Worth community and works closely with the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors. Jo Ann is the recipient of the 2015 Realtor of the Year. She has chaired numerous committees and has served multiple terms on the Board of Directors.

Jo Ann has two married children, two granddaughters, and two Dachshunds.
