Jo Anne Williams is hands down the best realtor we’ve ever worked with! We have bought and sold homes across the US from Georgia to Washington and never had a realtor go the extra mile the way Jo Anne does!

She is professional, personable, and knowledgeable in all things real estate. Jo Anne made us feel like family and for us it seemed as if we were her only clients and her top priority. She never complains and always has a smile on her face!

Jo Anne,
Carol and I really appreciate your tremendous energy and effort that you demonstrated while selling our property

We had put it on the market with the first real estate firm for a year. Had to drive to their office to list it,then the next time we heard from them was at the end of the year when they wanted to continue to list.We then tried another company from which we never got an update nor any info unless we called and asked. Both companies acted as though they were doing us a favor just to list our property and never showed any sense of urgency.

You listed the lot,visited,took pictures,then kept us updated on what you were doing.You went out of your way to bring the paperwork to us and you made it very easy to close.

We thank you ! You demonstrated what a real estate agent should be and we highly recomend you to anyone buying or selling property . You took excellent and outstanding care of us as your customers UNLIKE what we had experienced before !

Jo Anne was referred to me by someone who has bought and sold over 20 properties. They told me Jo Anne was the absolute best realtor they’d ever worked with, and now I understand why.

It was important to me to find a realtor who was a savvy negotiator, had a detailed understanding of the entire home-buying process, and was capable of providing wisdom without pushing too hard. Jo Anne checked all of those boxes and more.
