Joan is amazing! When my wife and I began house hunting for our first home, we met Joan through a Zillow listing. We had not found a buying agent yet, but after meeting Joan, we knew we wanted to work with her. It was clear she was real pro. She was always easy to get ahold of, and very responsive and helpful with questions that we had. When we finally found our house, she walked us through step by step, and explained everything. There was an issue on the seller’s side of things with having the house ready at closing, and Joan went to bat for us, and made sure they remedied all the issues. We couldn’t be happier with our home, and Joan made it happen!
