We had a great feeling about working with JoAnn when we met her, and we were right. Due to the housing market it took us two years of looking with her to find the right place. As first-time buyers, she took her time to educate us along the way about the process, what comes next, things to look out for. She learned quickly the type of house and property we both liked, so nobody wasted their time looking at the wrong stuff. You'd think the job is almost over for her once we had an accepted offer, but she worked especially hard towards the end to make sure we closed successfully. -- Thank you JoAnn for listening to us and helping us enjoy (as much as we could) what was a really rough, competitive market. We couldn't have done it without you!

Joann is a joy to work with and a person you would want and need on your journey to find or sell a new home. She will work diligently and patiently to ensure your overall angst and worries over procuring a new home are immediately put to rest. She is always smiling and cares so much about what she does.
She enjoys what she does, and it shows in the way that she cares.
Anyone else would have walked away from me. So many issues occurred when I was trying to buy a home that it became almost insane at one point, but Joann was there for me every step of the way.
I will always be very grateful to Joann for all she has done for me.
You will never find another realtor that cares as much as Joann does. You will never find another realtor that will work as hard as Joann does. And she does it with a smile. I am so grateful to have found Joann.

As a new home owner I have nothing but great things to say about Joann Pujols. As a first time buyer in the real estate market I understand this was not the best of times to buy. Joann was very professional, attentive and supportive throughout the process. With Joann's help we were able to find the home we were looking for and we would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking an experienced, caring and trustworthy person. Joann's the best!! She also made it easy for us to deal with the seller's agent who I would not recommend to anyone (win with lynn is not an option for me).
