Joanna King was the most professional and hands on agent I have ever known. From start to finish, she helped with ideas for renovations in order to sell our home, priced our home right, guided us with care in finding our new home and then answered every question and concern we had along the way! She never stopped working day or night for us and she made sure our home was sold and our dream home was found! Amazing experience. We would highly recommend Joanna to any buyer or seller! She is a precious agent in today's real estate world!

Buying or selling your home can often be a difficult and stressful time, but with Joanna as our realtor for buying my first house in 2019 and then selling that house and buying a new one this year, our experiences could not have been better. I’ve never heard of a real estate transaction going as smoothly as ours did and that is all thanks to Joanna’s expertise and professionalism.

In selling our first home, Joanna went above and beyond to make the process easy and get the highest sale price possible.
She was excellent at estimating the value of our house, giving advice on what will make the house most attractive to buyers, and marketing at an appropriate price. She set realistic expectations so that we could budget appropriately for our new purchase, but ending up far exceeding our expectations with many offers well over asking price. Couldn’t have asked for better results!

On our new purchase, Joanna was proactive in finding listings that met our criteria and obtaining as much information as possible on homes that interested us in order to make smart decisions. Then once we began to put in offers she was absolutely incredible at making sure our offer was competitive and advocating for our offer to be accepted. Very impressed with how hard she fought for us and thankfully our offer was accepted on the most perfect home!

During both the selling and buying processes, Joanna was super responsive at any time day or night and always answered our questions thoroughly. Even having work with Joanna before, I was blown away by how smooth the entire experience was. She has a great network of photographers, stagers, home inspectors, movers, etc. which also helped facilitate the process. I highly reccomend Joanna to anyone who is in the market and suggest her to all of our friends and family, she’s is absolutely an incredible realtor!

Joanna King Conety recently helped us buy a house in Worcester. We were very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism, and positive attitude. We were moving from Virginia to Massachusetts, so we were reviewing houses online. We gave Joanna our preferences for size of house, location, and price and she diligently searched for houses for us to review. Joanna did several video walk-throughs of homes in which we were interested. We put in offers for two houses, and Joanna was instrumental in getting the paperwork done correctly and quickly, but we were outbid on those houses.
The house we ultimately purchased did not fit our original parameters because it didn't have central air conditioning, but otherwise the house was exactly what we wanted and where we wanted, so Joanna brought it to our attention and booked a private showing. We knew right away during her video tour with us that this was the house for us. Joanna once again got the paperwork done quickly and efficiently, and wrote a cover letter explaining why we were the buyers that should own that home. The house had 47 others interested in buying the house, but the sellers chose to sell to us, thanks to Joanna’s efforts. We love our new home and will always be thankful that we had Joanna King Conety as our real estate professional.
