JoAnna Statz

JoAnna began her real estate career in 2001 in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Her family moved to middle Tennessee in 2016 and in just a few short years, it became home. She has enjoyed working on both sides of listing and buying homes for her clients.

JoAnna is passionate about residential real estate and serving her clients and their families in an exceptional way. One of the perks of her career is getting to share her love for design and decor with them and help them see all the possibilities for their new home. She is so thrilled to be part of the Jenny Fann and the Gurus team! She believes all her clients deserve the guru standard.

JoAnna and her husband, Craig, have been married for over 20 years and have three children and one pampered pup named “Georgia.” The Statz family loves attending church and community events together and exploring beautiful middle Tennessee.
