Joanne is a licensed Broker Associate and holds Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) & Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designations from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. She graduated from Fairfield University with a BS in accounting and economics and earned an MBA in finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Following a career at Salomon Brothers and Manufacturers Hanover Trust in institutional municipal sales, she has devoted herself to fundraising in the community. She has chaired many events at her children’s schools, is a past president of the Ridgewood Branch of the Valley Auxiliary, volunteered as an art docent at a school in Paterson, and is also a Trustee of the Ridgewood Education Foundation.

Raised on Long Island, Joanne and her husband, Bob, a native of the Village, have lived in Ridgewood for almost 30 years. Joanne’s three children attended the Ridgewood schools, graduating from College of the Holy Cross, Lehigh University and Providence College. Bob’s four siblings were raised and currently reside in the Village
