Joanne and her daughter, Rachel were amazing! They responded to every question I had, and I had a TON as a first time home buyer. They were patient, understanding, super supportive, and honest with me about what prices were acceptable and what were not. There is no way I could have gone through this process without them, and was so thankful to have them in my corner during the negotiation process. After I moved in, they even dropped off a wonderful welcome home package with personalized gifts in it! I cannot say enough about how great they were. I'd recommend everyone use them.

Although never having met Joanne, I knew of her outstanding reputation as a broker. I was not disappointed. She understood my wish to concentrate on a specific location and price range, and sent several listings. She handled negotiations with the seller’s broker expertly representing my interests. She always responded in detail to my questions. As an out of town client, she guided me, she directed the process of long distance ownership professionally, informatively, and helpfully. Joanne’s daughter, Rachel, was equally knowledgeable. They made a great team!

Joanne and Rachel Nemerovski were fantastic to work with and found us the home of our dreams. In a fast-paced market, Joanne and Rachel were able to find off-market homes in the neighborhoods that we were interested in living. They walked us through all stages of the process from finding homes, getting pre-approved for our mortgage and all final closing procedures. While we dont anticipate moving any time soon, I would definitely work with Joanne and Rachel again if/ when we do need a real estate broker.

When we looked at what was on the market, I was grateful to have her guidance, and her optimism! I appreciated that from the beginning, she knew that we could find something special. And we did! As first time buyers, we came into the process with very little knowledge and a lot of anxiety. From the very beginning, Joanne was patient, informative and supportive, including helping with things that she wasn’t directly involved in (mortgage, inspection, closing, etc). No question was too small or silly and she made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She always made time for us, including nights and weekends, and we never waited more than a half hour for a return call if she was busy. She was very transparent and always had OUR best interests in mind. We had specific criteria and were going to settle on a couple properties that weren’t a perfect fit. Rather than say “yes, do it” just to close the deal and move on, Joanne gave us sound advice as to why those properties weren’t the right fit, to stay the course and we would find something better. She couldn’t have been more correct as we ended up finding our dream home that checked all of our boxes! During our entire search, Joanne was very personable, energetic and positive which rubbed off on us. When it comes time to sell our home, Joanne will be on speed dial and the only realtor we call. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to send my friends and family her way.

When it came time to sell my Old Town property, I interviewed several agents. Joanne took the time to carefully walk through the property and identify its strengths and weaknesses. She then gave me a price analysis that was higher than the other two agents, and backed it up with suggestions to quickly increase the value further. I decided to use her and she did a great job marketing and showed it to several potential buyers. Joanne ultimately sold my property for more money than others quoted, and fast. I was very happy. She’s a great resource and a terrific negotiator. I’d highly recommend her and will definitely work with her again.
