Joanne was a life saver during this whole process! As a first time homebuyer things can be overwhelming but Joanne went above and beyond to help us and answer all of our many questions we had. Even though we experienced some bumps in the road (that were out of our control) Joanne was patient and reassuring the whole way through. Joanne is the absolute best! She handled the buying and selling of both of my children’s homes. They both bought homes and sold each of their homes in a 3 month timeframe! Can’t recommend Joanne enough! She’s one of the kindest people we’ve ever met. She helped my wife and I both buy and sell our home in the last year and a half in PA. And she’s currently helping us buy a house in NJ. She has been making the 1 hour 20 minute drive each way with us to look at houses in NJ. She’s so easy to work with. At this point she’s become a friend! And she will fight for you any time the going gets tough!

We will continue to work with her anytime we can, and she will be the first name we recommend to family and friends! Would give her 10 stars if I could 😃

We recently completed a cross-country move to Bucks County, PA, and Joanne was a stellar realtor in every way imaginable. This was a challenging move for us because: 1) We were buying a house "sight unseen"; 2) We were unfamiliar with many aspects of purchasing and owning a home in a more rural environment. Joanne efficiently and professionally helped us through every aspect of the home buying process.

When we were in the house-hunting phase, she was responsive, flexible and thorough, providing us with detailed video walkthroughs of homes. During the offer and closing process, she worked seamlessly with our mortgage company and the sellers' agent; both processes essentially ran like clockwork.
