Joanne Watterson was a wonderful agent. I was assisting my 20 something son from 5 hours away with his first home purchase. I depended on Joanne to guide him in my absence. Working with Joanne Watterson was a pleasure. My house sold in a few days & Joanne made everything so easy for me, the marketing, negotiating, & preparing for the closing. If I txt/called her she got back to me immediately or
sent a txt to let me know she would return my call & approximately what time.
My house was in the $225,000
range however she worked as hard to sell the house & treated me as if it were a $700,000 house. I worked @ a Real Estate Agency several years ago & I am very aware when an Agent is knowledgeable, experienced & professional. That is Joanne Watterson.

2021 was a tough year to be trying to buy a home in a distant location.
