Joaquin Jimenez, driven by his passion for all things real estate, brings a personal care for each client and project. Conveying his experiences of business building, real estate investments, and appraisal into Commercial & Investment Real Estate allow him a client's perspective of each venture. In 2003 after studying at Southern Oregon University, Joaquin's entrepreneurial spirit drove him to his first residential real estate investment. Many homes later and driven further to understand market values; Joaquin earned his appraisal licensure and then quickly obtained his real estate broker's license. In 2007, while many were exiting the residential market, Joaquin had the opportunity to establish a residential design firm based on the simple philosophy of serving each client with care and listening to their needs. Joaquin joined Godspeed Real Estate because the companies values of God, family, then business were in line with his own.
Joaquin's real estate services now include turnkey construction development both in residential and commercial.
Joaquin lives in Charlotte with his wife and son and actively volunteers on mission trips with his church. Over the last three years he aided the remote village of Maplat, Haiti with his time and talent to build housing and a water collection system. Joaquin strives to continue the building in Haiti.
