My fiancé and I have been looking for a house in this difficult housing market and Jodi has done everything she can to make it as painless as possible! She did an awesome job finding us the kind of homes we were looking for & getting us right in to see them. She always was able to make our busy schedules meet up so we did not miss out on an opportunity. She was always honest with us and made sure we were going to end up with exactly what we wanted. The process of buying a house can be overwhelming but we were always in good hands and got help whenever we needed it. We could not be happier with the house we are in and we couldn't have done it without Jodi.

Jodi worked with us for nearly a year to help us purchase our home. This was a very challenging market in which to buy a home. She was always available when it fit our schedule to look at homes. Jodi is kind and patient. She works to help you get what you want, not what is quick and easy for her. Buying a home, and choosing a realtor is a big deal. We've had sub par experiences in the past but Jodi Hodson has been absolutely incredible to work with! My husband and I relocated from SC to OH recently and she has made buying our new home the easiest part of the process. It took us time due to the market but she has been prompt, available, kind, quick in her responses, professional, full of helpful resources and transparent the entire time. We highly recommend her!
