I could not have asked for a more dedicated and understanding realtor. I went from a few acres in Vinings to large acreage south of the airport before buying large acreage in Jasper. They never complained, always offered advice, considered options and were always up for a stroll across a few hundred acres. I could not be happier to have used them twice now (once to sell and once to buy) and I will not buy or sell real estate without them being involved, period.

Jodi was a pleasure to work with. Moving 900 miles was stressful enough but she made it easier by keeping me updated on listings and was very flexible to show me homes when I was able to come down. She was quick to respond with any questions I had. All in all it was an enjoyable experience and we love our new home.

I think all the other reviews can be summed up into one. The Rand Realty TEAM all come together to ensure you get the best, most thorough experience you could possibly have. You will never feel more appreciated and valued than you can with these guys.

We bought and sold in April 2018 using Rand Realty and the process was so seamless and well orchistrated you could tell from the start there was a "personal touch" carefully crafted by Rand Realty who beat me with answers to questions before I could even think of them. The Jodi and team experience can't be beat and I'm sure you'll feel the same way. Don't take my word for it, give them a call!

We recently purchased our first home and Jodi and her team made it super easy and seamless. Jodi is experienced, knowledgeable and professional. And most importantly, she has the heart of a teacher! This meant so much to us bc we were nervous first time home buyers! When we almost signed with another home that i wasn't too sure about, Jodi was concerned and she cared enough to ask me if I wanted to take my time and rethink. She cares! :) She taught us anything/everything she knew about buying a home, and she has an excellent team working with her to help us feel confident about making the right decisions. So even though we were first time home buyers, we purchased our first home like a pro-- thanks to Jodi and her team. I already told her I'll be working with her next time when we buy or sell a house ;) I think we found our real estate professional for life! so blessed to have worked with you. thanks Jodi! we love our house!

I have been renting a house from Southern Rentals for 3 years and am very happy with the property and the management. Any maintenance issues I have had, have been taken care of in a timely fashion. Recently my son was in the market for a new home and I recommended Rand Realty to him. We worked with April H who was wonderful! She was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the market in our desired area. Additionally, April was able to secure an excellent tenant for the condominium he owns, which enabled him to find his dream home! I recommend Rand Realty and April H at every opportunity.

Recently, we bought our *first* home, and the whole process was a very pleasing experience--thanks to Peter. He was very easy going and accommodating. I especially liked his vast knowledge about house repairs and maintenance. The houses within our budget were aged from around 20 to 30 years, which meant there were always some repairs needed. He informed us what were major repairs and what were minors even before we hired inspectors. As a first-time home buyer, we felt this was tremendous help.

The thing we liked most about him as a realtor was his demeanor toward us. He maintained a neutral stance toward houses that we were looking for. He did not try to influence our decisions, but when we asked him, he offered his professional opinions in a neutral way. He also seemed to always side with us--buyers. People say no realtor works for a buyer, but my wife and I felt Peter was working for us, ensuring we got the best deal. This was very important to us (and to every buyer, I believe) as we had a bad experience with another realtor earlier who seemed more interested in seller's demands than ours.

All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend Peter Rand to any future buyers (and sellers) who are looking for a real estate agent.
