Jodi Washburn is a gifted, friendly, award-winning Residential and Commercial Broker, residing in Pittsboro; helping clients buy and sell in Chatham County and surrounding areas of North Carolina.
Since 1990, Jodi has loved helping people make their dreams come true with real estate-related ownership- living and working in New Hampshire, Virginia and the Caribbean. After moving to North Carolina, Jodi earned her North Carolina Real Estate License in 2012.
Over the years Jodi has been active in all facets of the real estate world. In Commercial Brokerage, she has helped investors, companies and nonprofits buy, sell and lease office space, warehouses and retail operations. In Residential Brokerage, she represents buyers and sellers with resales, land acquisition and new home construction.
An active community member, Jodi supports many causes, is President of Miles Branch HOA and her long-standing devotion to volunteerism earned her the Outstanding Civilian Service Award from the Department of the Army.
Jodi LOVES living in North Carolina, where she travels from coast to mountains to golf, hike, discover cool locally owned shops, restaurants and art galleries, enjoy festivals and all types of events.
Locally, she loves farmer’s markets (especially Thursday evenings at The Plant!), playing in golf tournaments (a ringer in Scrambles!), seeing shows at DPAC, live music at Koka Booth, hiking TLC trails, etc.- the list goes on and on! Jodi holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from UVM, is Certified in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell, is a Certified Life Coach from World Coach Institute, a GREEN Realtor, Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), ERYT-500, Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider and Commercial Broker.
