Jodie is an absolutely stupendous realtor. We first met her by chance when we were visiting Salem from Texas and we wandered into an open house she was hosting. Even though we weren't looking for a house at the time, Jodie took the time to talk to us about the area, the schools, and other things we might want to see. 9 months later, we had moved to Salem and were ready to buy a house. Jodie walked us through every step of the process and made sure we were prepared and informed. She quickly learned what our preferences were and when we needed to take a break during the home buying process she took it in stride. Jodie pulled out all the stops when we found the perfect home and made sure our offer stood out, especially impressive since we were up against a cash offer. A year to the day after we met Jodie, we closed on our beautiful home. I couldn't have asked for a better partner in this experience. We won't be selling for a long time, but if you're looking for a realtor that listens, represents your interests, and will help you find the perfect house for you, Jodie is it.

I cannot see enough great things about Jodie! We were moving to Oregon from out of state, while simultaneously selling our other home. Jodie was amazing helping us find and purchase a home here in Salem. She walked us through the process every step of the way and always helped to calm us down when things got hectic. Jodie was instrumental in selling my mother's house in a timely manner. I appreciated her attention to detail, her tenaciousness, her consistent communication, the comforting and timely actions and follow through with 'I have a handyman that can fix that, I know a person who can do this task'. I did not know her before I hired her, but cold-called a couple of realtors and interviewed both. She convinced me with her helpful suggestions and research before I officially signed a contract with her. I have and would recommend her to family and friends.

Jodie did a great job with the purchase of our new home. She was able to make sure we got what we wanted with our new construction. She went to bat for us when the construction company was not installing the correct product. This allowed us to have a smooth and easy transaction stress free! We had an incredible experience working with Jodie! From the very beginning, she was direct and clear about what we needed to do to get our house ready for the market. The staging instructions/tips she shared were absolutely perfect, making our home look its best. What really impressed us was her sense of timing and strategy—before we even held an open house, we had an offer, and soon after, we were receiving multiple offers! She also helped us buy our new home at the same time.

Throughout the entire process, Jodie went above and beyond. She kept us constantly informed, was always in contact, and communicated everything clearly. Any time we had questions or needed information, she was quick to find the answers or meet up with us. She came prepared to our initial conversation with comps for other houses in our area, she was confident in her abilities, she provided clear instructions for what we’d need to do to the house in order to be successful, she was patient in navigating around the needs of our dogs, and she 100% delivered on everything we hoped to achieve in selling our house. She coordinated the open house for a weekend that we’d be gone, helped us successfully navigate the full-price offer that we received, and provided effective advice through the entire process. What an amazing realtor Jodie has been. Due to relocation, I had to place my beautiful home on the market last summer. Jodie was diligent, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did everything in her power to get our house sold for the best price. She went out of her way to help the buying agent and even had presence of mind to schedule a walkthrough to ensure our investment was safe after we moved to another state.
