We worked with Jodilynn Kim to sell our home recently, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers in the first few days after the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Jodilynn's incredible work. Jodilynn brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Her company’s marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Jodilynn was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions. We have moved many times in the past 20 years, so we think we have experienced it all, but this was the best we have ever seen, by far. Jodilynn was so responsive, professional, competent and knowledgeable, and great source to help eliminate stressful, unexpected problems. We had a great experience!

Working with Jodilynn was such a pleasure.

In a very aggressive market, we were nervous to list our home without an accepted offer on a new home, but Jodilynn's positivity and knowledge of the market made us very comfortable and confident from start to finish.

Jodilynn is a true professional and knows how to market a home.  Beautiful photos, great staging, a very shareable video, a neighborhood premiere showing, and such a warm and welcoming realtor to prospective buyers.

We had an offer well over the asking price before our open house and she helped us secure our dream home off market - truly the best possible outcome!  It was a seamless process from the moment we listed our home until we closed on our new home.  Jodilynn made sure everything was signed on time and worked well ahead of deadlines.

Jodilynn and her team are extremely timely, responsive, and always willing to hop on a call and talk through any questions.  She also surrounds herself with excellence; a great lender, inspector, and appraiser.

Jodilynn is amazing!
The market is extremely competitive so if you are buying you need an amazing realtor on your side, Jodilynn is the real deal. We had a specific area in mind and Jodilynn went above and beyond to show us some unique properties. When we found a house that looked like it would work she quickly adapted her schedule so she could go see it with us. We fell in love with the house and she helped us get it! The house received so many offers but with her help they picked us. She went above and beyond to help us make that happen.
If you are selling then you want someone who will make your house stand out, Jodilynn does just that. We recently listed our home and had so many showing requests it shocked us. She did an amazing job making our home a desirable home. She helped us get the number we were looking for and negotiated terms to help us. She is professional and makes it easy on the seller. The photographer she uses is the best. The technology she utilizes makes it so easy for sellers. The entire process has been as easy as it can be.
We are so lucky that Jodilynn is our realtor. There are simply not enough good things to say about her!

Having previously sold six homes, I felt I had a a great idea of the qualities and abilities a good Realtor should possess. I found a diamond when I engaged Jodilynn Kim as our Realtor of our beautiful home in the Weston development in Santee, California. Jodilynn was professional in every aspect of the job from touring our home and giving us advice on marketing it to completing the sale and every aspect in between.
Jodilynn went above and beyond to market and sell our home in a timely fashion. She even helped out in accommodating our needs when my husband, my sister and my Father suffered heart attacks and hospitalization during the week of our move. My Father passed away and both my husband and my sister were operated on and magically meals, help and friends appeared to facilitate our move, thanks to Jodilynn!
