Jody and her firm Cross Street Realtors did an outstanding job of marketing our home for us. She walked us through the process and made some recommendations on how we could improve the value of our house in a manner that would both increase the value of our house and help the house sell more quickly. We actually made the mistake of not believing her; however, we were fortunate enough to have followed her advice. We received a full sale offer with limited contingencies in a matter of days of it going on the market. If you are thinking of selling your home, my recommendation is to hire Jody Baker to help you. She knows what she is talking about.

When looking for a house to start, not only was Jody on top of new and upcoming listings, she also filtered out the houses she knew would not fit our needs and personality. Once we found the right house, Jody continuously guided my wife and I step-by-step through the process and assisted with the communications with our bank. To say the least, without Jody we would not be in the house we are in currently. A huge thank you to her and the hard work Jody does!

Starting with the day I listed my property with her till closing, she handled every detail throughly and efficiently. Our experience could not have been better. Jody did a great job of finding houses for us to look at. She was never pushy, and we felt like she was really helping us evaluate each house. She did a fabulous job negotiating with the seller and had great recommendations for inspectors and other contractors. She coordinated all the inspections and even stayed for an inspection that happened after we had left.
