We got paired with Jody after we decided to purchase our first home in Maryland due to job relocation. At the time, we didn't know much about the home-buying process, areas to live in Maryland, or much of anything for that matter. Jody took us under her wing and made the process a breeze. She was always available to answer any questions and was extremely helpful in every way. With the volatility of the 2022 housing market, we were having trouble securing a home at first, but Jody assured us she'd be able to find us something. In no time we had an offer accepted thanks to Jody's skills and effort. After that, she continued with us through the process even after we closed on the house. I couldn't imagine a more smooth and fun process with anyone else. If you're looking to purchase a home in Baltimore, she's the one to call!

I was planning a brief trip to Baltimore and wanted to explore the housing market due to a possible relocation months away. I reached out to Jody Buck, and even though my relocation plans were in no way finalized, she responded quickly to my email. She arranged a morning for us to discuss my questions and concerns and took me on a tour of some great houses in top neighborhoods around the city. She has a lot of experience as both a realtor and property owner and offered valuable insight on living and working in Baltimore. I really appreciated the time she took to speak with me and will definitely be using Jody Buck as my realtor if I do make the move to Maryland.
