Wonderful! My wife and I came to Jody with a short time frame of buying a house. We had never owned a house, so we had a lot of questions and, we were anxious. Jody sat with us and answered all of our questions and assured us that we could get this done. She listened to us and worked hard to find a house that was just right. In a class of her own-Jody was knowledgeable about our investment property and the market. She made the process easy, we signed our listing agreement and wrapped up closing in 3.5 weeks.

As a real estate investor, I’ve worked with plenty of folks in the real estate field and it’s easy to say Jody is the most experienced, skilled, and knowledgeable realtor i’ve ever met. Jody worked diligently through an exhaustive and complex closing process to get a next-to-impossible deal closed successfully. She used her network to find multiple loan officers with different specializations, worked with the buyer, brokers, other parties and myself to mitigate miscommunications, and was available at anytime for anything that may have went sideways in the closing process. Whenever I needed Jody, she was readily available and informed me of any complexities involved in a very rigorous closing and OFFERED SOLUTIONS!!! She never took no for an answer and i’m convinced I would’ve never sold my property without her. With Jody’s tenacity, hard work, dedication, perseverance, and network, I can’t imagine using anyone else for my real estate deals. Looking forward to years and years of partnership and if you aren’t using Jody and her team i’m afraid you’re simply missing out!

Knowledgeable and humble. Jody was awesome to work with. As a first time home buyer I had many questions, and she had all of the answers. There was no hassle at any point of the home buying process. She has all the energy you need, and explains things in a way that you can understand them. Anyone that is, Jody has the ability to read her audience and understand their needs. So thankful we decided to go with Jody Rearick and her team. They went above and beyond to get my house sold. Jody made some remodeling suggestions and told us what the house would sell for if we did the work. I was leery but optimistic and long story short....... she was dead on. Five stars all the way to closing! We have used her for a couple of housing transactions. She is quick, professional, insightful and gets the job done. We listed our home and it sold in 2 days due to Jody's intuitive eye for marketing and listing. Her tweaks and suggestions with the contracts gave us everything we wanted and more.
