Jody has been the BEST realtor we could have found. We met and worked with other realtors but did not liked their unresponsiveness and lack of regular update and enthusiasm regarding the home search. Then, luckily we found Jody and she was the most helpful realtor we had met. She replied to us within few hours and was ready to pick us up and drive us anywhere in the Fargo Moorhead area. She is well connected and worked with us to get the best mortgage rate in town, help find us the best deal and then gave great suggestions (without being pushy) on managing the cost vs. essential upgrades. She went out of her job responsibilities to assist us in selecting appliances, light fixtures, and even arranged meetings with local contractors. If she is not your realtor, she SHOULD BE YOUR REALTOR. I would recommend her to anyone.
