Prior to entering the Real Estate Industry, Joe was a PGA Golf Professional. At age 21, Joe turned professional and played tournament golf, coached and taught top notch golfers at both the high school and college level. After over a decade in the golf business, Joe decided to pursue a carrer in real estate.
Joe Bauman has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since December 1998. Joe has established himself as an industry leader over the past 20+ years and has a strong understanding of the market. Joe is a Founding Member of the Luxury Alliance with John L. Scott, a Certified Seller Marketing Specialist (CSMS), and a Certified Relocation Specialist for the past 25 years.
Over his career, Joe has experience representing hundreds of clients, including many satisfied Families as well as Luxury Home Buyers and Sellers, Investors, Builders of New Construction, Real Estate Developers, Business Owners, Attorneys and their clients, Financial Planners, Waterfront and View Home Sellers, as well as Commercial Investors, Multi-Family Investors, as well as those with acreage to bring to the market.
