My background is in counseling and coaching, with over 25 years spent working with people, helping them navigate decisions, challenges, and growth. That experience shapes how I show up in real estate today, listening first, guiding clearly, and helping clients move forward with confidence.
I lead a modern, relationship-driven brokerage built around flexibility and personal service. That means meeting clients where they are, both in life and literally, and creating a more direct, connected real estate experience across Central Oregon. From Bend to Redmond to Prineville and beyond, I work with buyers, sellers, and investors in residential, land, and commercial properties.
I’m also deeply invested in the agents I work alongside, building a culture centered on growth, collaboration over competition, and long-term success.
My wife Kara and I have been married since 1993, and we’re proud parents and grandparents. Family and community aren’t just things I talk about, they’re what drive how I do business every day.
