Joe’s family traces its Beach city roots back to the 1960’s where his parents started one of the first Italian Restaurants in the area.
After Joe joined his families business they were awarded numerous accolades. His restaurant experience leads Joe into the commercial and residential real estate business. Joe began his career in real estate shortly after 2000 and found that his entrepreneurial drive would serve him well.
Because of Joe’s diverse background he has been successful in both residential and commercial real estate. He has represented companies such as Carls Jr. Restaurants, Denny’s Restaurants, Leed Mattress and Papa Johns Pizza. Joe enjoys representing buyers as well as sellers of residential, commercial and investment properties.
