Joe Cali

Joe Cali is a Massachusetts real estate agent with over thirty years of experience buying and selling properties for his own personal portfolio as well as those of his clients. Over the years Joe has bought, sold, and leased properties of all kinds including: single and multi-family residences, condos, raw land, foreclosures, investment properties, commercial properties, and large manufacturing facilities.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. He also received a certificate in Negotiations from Harvard University Extension School. He has held corporate executive positions in finance, marketing, real estate, and facilities management. He was a Senior Executive, including President and Chief Operating Officer, of Grand Circle Corporation, an $800 Million international company in the hospitality industry from 1999-2016.

Over his career, Joe has negotiated the sale of a multi-million dollar facility in Flagstaff, Arizona; managed the search process for a new corporate headquarters for a major multinational office supply company, and currently owns several real estate investment properties in Massachusetts. Joe is a lifelong Massachusetts resident with homes in Southborough and on Cape Cod.
